Detoxing by definition means a process or period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or unhealthy substances; detoxification.
Above is the explanation and meaning of what detoxing is, it is essentially getting rid of things we do not need.
All this applies to:
Diet
People
Materialistic Things
Media
And so much more, and everyone of us, needs a detox from all these 4 things in order to be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
As in this overstimulated society we live in, we live feeling groggy and lethargic all the time.
